Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026 | InSynBio Console
1. Information Collected
The Console collects the following information to provide its services:
- Account information: username, email address, verification status, registration timestamp, registration IP region.
- Billing and credits: credit balance, consumption ledger, coupon code usage.
- Usage data: login logs, analysis task invocation records (not the sequence content itself), error logs.
- User-submitted data: antibody sequences, PDB files, Excel inputs, and reports you upload for analysis.
2. How Information Is Used
Account and usage information is used for authentication, email verification, service access, credit accounting, operational support, and security auditing. AI assistant interactions are used only to respond to your immediate request — they are not used to train any InSynBio model.
3. Required Service Emails
The following emails are required for console operation and cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active account: email verification codes, password reset notices, account security alerts, billing and credit notifications.
4. Optional Product Updates
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting contact@insynbio.com. Opting out only affects marketing emails — required service emails continue.
5. Affiliated Company News Services
You may withdraw this consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email or by contacting us. This opt-in is stored separately from the product-update opt-in and is independently revocable.
6. User-Submitted Data
- Sequences and project data are stored on access-controlled servers and used only to complete the analysis you requested.
- Analysis results (JSON/HTML reports) are stored under your account and can be downloaded or deleted by you.
- Without your explicit authorization, InSynBio will not use submitted sequences, structures, or project data to train models or disclose them to third parties.
- For commercially sensitive projects, we recommend contacting InSynBio to arrange a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement.
7. Data Security
- Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes; InSynBio staff cannot view plaintext passwords.
- Login sessions are managed via signed tokens with audit support.
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Critical operations require secondary verification.
8. Your Rights
You may at any time — through the console or by contacting us — request access to your account data, correct your profile, export reports, or delete your account. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days except where retention is required by financial or legal regulations.
9. Minors
This service is intended for research and enterprise users. If an account belonging to a minor is discovered, please contact us to remove the data.
