1. Authorized Use

InSynBio Console is an internal engineering and evaluation workspace for computational antibody analysis. Users may access the service only with authorized credentials and for lawful research or evaluation purposes. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

2. Credits and Demo Runs

Registration benefits (InSynBio console): Pricing: 1 USD = 100 credits. Published rates at /pricing match console debit amounts.
Free content: System demo sequences and reference datasets may be analyzed without credit deduction.

3. Email Communications

By registering, you consent to receive necessary service emails including: email verification codes, account alerts, password reset messages, and credit/billing notifications. These are required for the operation of the console and cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active account.

4. Optional Product Updates

If you check "Send me optional product updates" during registration, you agree to receive InSynBio product announcements, new feature highlights, technical notes, and version release notices by email. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting contact@insynbio.com.

5. Affiliated Company News Services

If you check "I accept news services from InSynBio affiliated companies and partners" during registration, you consent to receive communications from InSynBio and its affiliated entities (including but not limited to partner product lines in the InSynBio ecosystem) covering: industry reports, case studies, collaboration invitations, event notices, and technical white papers. You may withdraw this consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any such email or by contacting us.

7. Research Use and Validation

All computational outputs (humanized sequences, ΔΔG estimates, CMC scores, AI interpretations, etc.) are for research planning and technical evaluation only. Experimental validation is required before clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, or commercial decisions. InSynBio accepts no liability for unvalidated applications.

8. Account Security

Users must keep account credentials confidential. If unauthorized access is suspected, notify InSynBio immediately at contact@insynbio.com.

9. Termination and Changes

InSynBio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or are required by law. Material changes to these terms will be communicated via in-console notice or email.
